hungary bound

well tonight is the last night in the ukraine. after we leave we will not be able to re-enter (visas are only good for one entry) so who knows what will be in store once we get into hungary, but it is in God's hands!:)

dutch bingo

hello there! alright so the other day i played dutch bingo with a student at the school that i was teaching at... dutch bingo in the ukraine! how crazy is that! anyway, he and a friend wanted to bring a bunch of the teachers out to get something to drink (i.e. pop) and while we were drinking, he asked me my last name. then he proceded to spell it for me and tell me that he knew a doornbos back in the homeland ;) i laughed for a good long time! dutchness never escapes you.
